Course Descriptions

SURVEY OF THE OLD TESTAMENT – A chronological survey of Old Testament people, places, and events, this course highlights the basic message of the Old Testament books, their contribution to God’s redemptive storyline, and their significance for Christian thought and practice.

SURVEY OF THE NEW TESTAMENT – A chronological survey of New Testament people, places, and events, this course highlights the basic message of the New Testament books, their contribution to God’s redemptive storyline, and their establishment of Christian Doctrinal precepts.

SURVEY OF THE LIFE OF CHRIST – A Survey of the life and times of Jesus Christ our Saviour.

SURVEY OF THE MIRACLES & PARABLES OF CHRIST – This is an overview of the Miracles and Parables of Jesus Christ.

SURVEY OF BIBLICAL PROPHETS, RULERS, APOSTLES – The Bible is full of Kings, Queens, Rulers, Heroes and many times there is more than one person that has the same name and this can lead to confusion. In this course, the student will learn who was who in the Bible from Aaron to Zophar.

SURVEY OF THE DISPENATIONS & COVENANTS IN THE BIBLE – In this important course, the student will be given an overview of the Covenants and Dispensations in the Bible. Also, a review of the history of the Dispensational and Covenantal thelogical systems will be covered.

SURVEY OF RELIGIONS & CULTS 101 – In this course, the student will gain an overview of the major World Religions, Cults and influential Ideologies which affect Christian Missions, such as, Marxism, Secular Humanism, Evolution and others. Emphasis is given to Mormonism & Islam.

THEOLOGY 101 – (THEOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF GOD – In this course the student will learn about the major topics usually considered under the “doctrine of God,” including trinitarianism, divine attributes, divine decrees, the trinity and the Person of the Father.

THEOLOGY 102 (CHRISTOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF CHRIST – In this course the student will explore the Christological doctrine from biblical, historical, & systematic perspectives, with specific attention to first century & even contemporary issues & debates. Emphasis will be placed on the person of Christ, incarnation & other issues connected with Christology. Prerequisite: Theology 101.

THEOLOGY 103 (BIBLIOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF THE BIBLE – This course will teach the student where the Bible came from, how it has been transmitted and preserved by God. The student will also learn of Satan’s attempt to corrupt and destroy the Word of God. Special attention will be given to the translation of the Bible into English with an in-depth analysis of the King James Bible and the various sad and wicked translations of “bibles” since 1881. Prerequisite: Theology 102.

THEOLOGY 201 (HERMENUTICS) – THE STUDY OF BIBLICAL INTEPRETATION – In this course the student will learn how to “rightly divide the Word of Truth.” Attention will be given to various methods of Bible interpretation. Prerequisite: Theology 103.

THEOLOGY 202 (PNEUMATOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF THE HOLY GHOST – In this course the student will learn about the role of the Holy Ghost in the Church, the Believer, the Past and in Prophecy .Prerequisite: Theology 201.

THEOLOGY 203 (ANTROPOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF MAN -ORIGIN & FALL – In this course the student will learn about the Creation of Man, the Fall of Man, the Nature of the Fall, the Results of the Fall, and Sin in relation to the Christian. This course will also overview contemporary views of mankind as well and give rebuttals to such ideas that are anti-Biblical in nature. Prerequisite: Theology 202.

THEOLOGY 301 (HAMARTIOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF SIN & ITS EFFECTS – In this course the student will analyze the origin of sin, the Biblical definitions of sin and the concepts of the Original sin, sins of omission, sins of commission. The unpardonable sin will be addressed also. Prerequisite: Theology 203.

THEOLOGY 302 (SOTERIOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF SALVATION & REDEMPTION (INCLUDES: STAUROLOGY – THE STUDY OF THE CROSS & CRUCIFIXION) – the Doctrine of Salvation. Topics as Repentance, Faith, Justification, Adoption, Sanctification, and Regeneration are covered. Prerequisite: Theology 301.

THEOLOGY 303 (ANGELOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF ANGELS – In this study, the student will become familiar with the origin and existence of Angels. The famous “sons of god” theories will be examined along with the rankings of angels, guardian angels and the role of angels. Prerequisite: Theology 302.

THEOLOGY 401 (SATANOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF SATAN – In this course the student will learn about the origin of, existence of personality of, the names of and activities of Satan. Pastor Lovelace’s famed study: “The Breastplate of Satan” will be presented also during this course. Prerequisite: Theology 303.

THEOLOGY 402 (DEMONOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF DEMONS – In this course the student will investigate the Power of Demons, the Origin of Demons, the Forms of Demons, Demon Possession, the casting out of Demons etc. Prerequisite: Theology 401.

THEOLOGY 403 (ECCLESIOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF THE CHURCH – This course will give the student an understanding of what exactly the Church is. The ordinances of the church are covered. Prerequisite: Theology 402.

THEOLOGY 501 (ESCHATOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF THE END TIMES – IN this course the student will be exposed to the major eschatological events with special emphasis given to the doctrine of pretriblational premillennialism. Also other views of eschatology will be examined. Prophecies of the end time based upon the teaching in the books of Daniel and Revelation, the Olivet Discourse (Matthew 24 &25) and other prophetic references will be examined. Prerequisite: Theology 403.

THEOLOGY 502 (HYMNOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF MUSIC & HYMNS – In this course the Student will learn about the effect of music upon worship. The student will learn musical history and development within the history of the Bible and the Church. Prerequisite: Theology 501.

THEOLOGY 503 (ARCHAEOLOGY) – THE STUDY OF EVIDENCE IN HISTORY – In this course, the student learns about the various methods and history of Middle Eastern archaeology. Discoveries are evaluated in this course for their contributions to the study of biblical literature and history. Students are also introduced to the most significant discoveries and how these finding have always supported our Holy Bible. Prerequisite: Theology 502.

EVANGELISM 101 – This course teaches the student the essentials of Basic Evangelism through the use of tracts, testimony and door-to-door witnessing.

BIBLE HISTORY 101 (Creation – 1406 B.C.) – In this course the student will learn what took place in the lands of the Old Testament: From the Creation to the Entering of the Promised Land.

BIBLE HISTORY 102 (1406 – 982 B.C.) – In this course the student will learn what took place in the lands of the Old Testament: From the Conquest of Canaan to the Diving of the Kingdom. Prerequisite: Bible History 101.

BIBLE HISTORY 103 (982 – 391 B.C.) – In this course the student will learn what took place in the lands of the Old Testament: From the Division of the Kingdom to the return from Babylon. Prerequisite: Bible History 102.

BIBLE HISTORY 104 – INTER-TESTAMENTAL HISTORY (391-5 B.C.) – In this course the student will learn what took place in the lands of the Old and New Testaments during the silent years. Prerequisite: Bible History 103.

BIBLE HISTORY 105 (5 B.C. to 30 A.D.) – In this course the student will gain an understanding of the history of the Roman Empire in the first century and the background of various cultures as seen within the Books of the Bible. Prerequisite: Bible History 104.

CHURCH HISTORY 101 (30 – 312 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn about the beginning of the church and see that there are two “roads” that begin to branch from Jerusalem. On one “road” we see the faithful church and on the other “road” we see the compromising and corrupting church.

CHURCH HISTORY 102 (313 – 590 A.D.) – In this course the student will follow the “two” churches, the one with the pure doctrine and the one with the polluted doctrine. The Catholic Popes are overviewed. Prerequisite:Church History 101.

CHURCH HISTORY 103 (590 – 1517 A.D.) – In this course the student will continue to follow the “two” churches, the one with the pure doctrine and the one with the polluted doctrine. The Catholic Popes are overviewed as is the heroes of the Protestant reformation. Prerequisite:Church History 102.

CHURCH HISTORY 104 (1517 – Present) – In this course the student will finish the investigation of the “two” churches, the one with the pure doctrine and the one with the polluted doctrine. The effects of the Protestant reformation are analyzed and the rise of missions and the teaching of sound doctrine is seen to become “mainstream” again. Prerequisite:Church History 103.

CREATION 101 -In this course, the student will learn about the Creation via the teaching of Dr. Kent Hovind’s Creation seminar.

CREATION 102 – In this course, the student will learn about the Creation via the teaching of Dr. Kent Hovind’s Creation seminar. Prerequisite: Creation 101.

CREATION 103 – In this course, the student will learn about the Creation via the teaching of Dr. Kent Hovind’s Creation seminar. Prerequisite: Creation 102.

CREATION 201 – In this course, the student will learn about the Creation via the teaching of Dr. Kent Hovind’s Creation seminar. Prerequisite: Creation 104.

BIBLICAL ASTRONOMY – The Scripture declares that the Heavens declare the glory of God …… never are we told that the heavens declare stellar evolution or the Big Bang. Quite controversial and “earth-shattering” this course seeks to guide the Student to a Biblical understand of Cosmology.

BIBLE STUDY 101 – POINTERS ON STUDY REFERENCES AND COMMETARIES – With so much empasis placed upon Bible study helps and commentaries the student will become familiar with “doctrinally sound” commentators, learn about those “masquerading” wolves in sheeps clothing and how to use study references in relation to Bible study.

BIBLE STUDY 102 – UNDERSTANDING WORDS IN THE BIBLE – While DBI uses and defends the King James Bible, there are many words that so many say they don’t understand or are “antiquated.” In this course, we cover the “hard-to-understand” words and learn that the King James Bible contains a built-in dictionary.

HEBREW APPRECIATION 101 – An introduction to the Hebrew alphabet, vowels, morphology, and essential Hebrew grammar, this course seeks to build a modest vocabulary.

GREEK APPRECIATION 101 – This is an introduction to New Testament Greek. This course includes an intensive drill in vocabulary, conjugations, declensions, and grammatical constructions, with translation of words. This course also is designed to help the student understand how to use “the Greek” in defending the King James Bible.

APOLOGETICS 101 – In this course, the student will begin a systematic study of the relationship between Christianity and culture and the proofs for Christian truths that is foundation of the Christian faith. Emphasis placed on the contrast of Christian beliefs and non-Christian philosophies, movements, and religions.

APOLOGETICS 102 In this course, the student will continue with their systematic study of the relationship between Christianity and culture and the proofs for Christian truths that is foundation of the Christian faith. Prerequisite: Apologetics 101.

APOLOGETICS 103 – In this course, the student will continue and conclude their systematic study of the relationship between Christianity and culture and the proofs for Christian truths that is foundation of the Christian faith. Prerequisite: Apologetics 102.

BIBLICAL APOLOGETICS – In this course, the student is reminded that the King James Bible contains no mistakes or errors. The student will analyze many of the problems and alleged “errors” we are confronted with and will learn the errors of the Critics and the simple principles and methods, by hands on application, which always yield a resolution that allows us to accurately defend the King James Bible.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 101 – PRE-COLONIAL ERA (Creation to 1630 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the history of the Americas.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 102 – COLONIAL ERA (1630 – 1763 A.D) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the American Colonial Era. Prerequisite: Christian American History 101.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 103 – REVOLUTIONARY ERA (1763 – 1783 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the American Revolutionary Era. Prerequisite: Christian American History 102.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 104 – SURVEY OF PRINCIPLE DOCUMENTS – In this course the student will learn of the Biblical underpinning of such documents as: The Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederaction & Perpetual Union, The Constitution of the United States and the Confederate States of America and the Bill of Rights. Prerequisite: Christian American History 103.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 201 – YOUNG REPUBLIC ERA (1783 – 1815 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the American Young Republic Era. Prerequisite: Christian American History 104.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 202 – MANIFEST DESTINY ERA (1815 – 1860 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the American Manifest Destiny Era. Prerequisite: Christian American History 201.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 203 – CONFEDERATE ERA (1860 – 1865 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the American Confederate Era. The student will learn the impact of Faith and Religion upon the two nations during the War for Southern Independence. Prerequisite: Christian American History 202.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 204 – SURVEY OF ROLE OF FAITH & GOVT. – In this course the student will learn of God’s role, the role of the Bible and the role of Christians in Government and Politics. Prerequisite: Christian American History 203.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 301 – RECONSTRUCTION ERA (1865 – 1877 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the American Reconstruction Era. Prerequisite: Christian American History 204.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 302 – SURVEY OF US & CS PRESIDENTS – In this course, the student will examine the lives of the Presidents of the United States of America and the President of the Confederate States of America and learn the role faith played in their lives and how many (based upon the evidence at hand) may or may not have been followers of Jesus Christ. The results are shocking to say the least! Prerequisite: Christian American History 301.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 303 – 2ND INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION ERA (1871 – 1914 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the American 2nd Industrial Era. Prerequisite: Christian American History 302.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 401 – GILDED AGE OF REFORM ERA (1880 – 1920 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in the American Gilded Age of Reform Era. The Spanish-American War and World War I will be examined. Prerequisite: Christian American History 303.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 402 – THE 20TH CENTURY ERA (1900 – 2000 A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role in what many have called the American Era. Prerequisite: Christian American History 401.

CHRISTIAN AMERICAN HISTORY 403 – THE 21ST CENTURY ERA (2000 – Present A.D.) – In this course the student will learn of God’s role and lack thereof in the American 21st Century Era. Prerequisite: Christian American History 402.

BIBLICAL CHARACTER & STEWARDSHIP – subjects such as habits, conduct, mode of life, character, the ethics of the Christian as well as financial accountability with an examination into Christian work ethic and the practices of tithing and giving.

BIBLICAL QUALIFICATIONS OF A PASTOR-TEACHER – In this course the Student will learn the Biblical requirements of Pastor-teachers. An in-depth study will be made to cover the role of women in the ministry and an exegetical reutation of women and sodomites in pastorates.

THE PASTOR’S DUTIES 101 – In this course the duties of a Pastor-teacher are analyzed from the Bible.

THE PASTOR’S DUTIES 102 – Traditional roles of the Pastor are reviewed in this course. Pointers and helps from pastors from the past will be learned as well.

HOMILETICS 101 – In this course the student will be instructed in the art of Sermon-craft and exegesis.

CHRISTIAN PUBLIC SPEAKING – In this course the student will be taught the techniques of public speaking in regards to teaching, preaching and oratory. Tips from past preachers and teachers will be presented for the student’s enrichment and betterment as he learns how to take care of his voice.

CHURCH ADMINISTRATION – The emphasis is on what is required to maintain proper order in the church. Some subjects covered are church government structure, pulpit committees, solving problems, church discipline, business matters, Sunday School administration & church finances are covered.

MINISTRY 101 – FAMILY OUTREACH – In this course the student will learn about the otureach to families and also the workings of a bus or van ministry.

MINISTRY 102 – PRISION OUTREACH – In this course the student will learn about the religious situations in America’s prison system. The role of prision chaplains is examined and the outreach of the local church into the prison system is also covered.

BIBLICAL & CHURCH WORSHIP – In this course the student will learn the Biblical foundations of Worship and then trace worship practices through Church history.

CHURCH PLANTING – What is involved in planting a Church? In this course the stduent will learn the Biblical procedure of how churches were planted and then trace (briefly) through history to the modern-day to see how churches are planted.

THE YOUTH PASTOR’S WORK – In this course the student will learn the basics and essentials of working with the youth.

PASTORAL & MISSIONARY BIOGRAPHIES – We are told in the Bible that history is for us to learn from and to be “admonished” or encouraged by. While it teaches us so much, this course will present historical biographies of Pastors and Missionaries and show the student how our God used them and thereby we can be “admonished” from their stories.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF GENESIS – While this course is a Chapter-by-chapter study, much emphasis is placed upon the veracity of the first eleven chapters. This course is a foundational course. Many subjects and topics including the GAP Theory, Age and Date theories and more are reviewed.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF EXODUS / LEVITICUS In this chapter-by-chapter study the student will learn details about the life of Moses, the Exodus era, the plauges of Egyptm the system of Old Testament Worship and the laws within the Levitical system. This course lays a foundation for the meaning of the Christological typology of the sacrifices and how they pertain to us today.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF NUMBERS / DEUTERONOMY – In these chapter-by-chapter studies the student will overview the sad folly of the Hebrews lack of faith and their subsequent wanderings in the Wilderness and then in Deuteronomy’s chapter-by-chapter analysis, the student will be tuaght the meaning of the Mosaic law and then see it applied to day-to-day life in the Promised Land. Details of the Palestinian Covenant are also presented in this overview of Moses’ last sermons.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF JOSHUA / JUDGES – In this chapter-by-chapter study, the student will learn the military campaigns of Joshua and overview the settlement of the promised land. Then in the Book of Judges, the chapter-by-chapter study continues as the student rides along the “roller coaster” of Jewish history.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF RUTH / ESTHER – In this verse-by-verse course, the student will learn about the world of Ruth the Moabitess and the importance of the Doctrine of the Kinsman-Redeemer. Then in the Book of Esther, the student will learn about the world of King Ahasuerus. The student will learn about the attack of Satan upon the Jewish people by wicked Haman and the Queen rising to defend her people.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF I & II SAMUEL – In this course, the student will cover these books, verse-by-verse. The transition from a Theocracy to Manarchy is detailed as the people yearn to be like the other nations around them. The rise and fall of Saul is detailed along with the rise of David as well as the two civil wars. Within this study, the lives of Samuel and Saul are covered.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF I & II KINGS – In this course the student will cover these two books verse-by-verse. The student will examine the rise of Solomon, the building of the Temple of God. The student will learn of the reasons why Solomon drifted away from God untl finally the kingdom divides when Rehoboam, David’s grandson becomes king. The student will examine the kingdoms of Judah and Israel. The lives of Elijah, Elishah are covered as is the rise of the Assyrian and Babylonian empires.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF I & II CHRONICLES – In this course these two books are covered chapter-by-chapter. The student will learn that these books are more than a “repeat” of Samuel and/or Kings. Many Bible critics use lesser-known passages in these books to confuse and attempt to attack the King James Bible’s inerrancy. The student will overview the history of the Jewish United Monarchy beginning with Solomon. The student will also examine the exciting 5 Revivals that swept the land and how Queen Athaliah usurped the throne.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF EZRA / NEHEMIAH – In this chapter-by-chapter course, the student will examine the life of Ezra and his works. The student will also learn about the rebuilding of the walls by Nehemiah and learn from his leadership. Details concerning the Samaratins and the political history are also reviewed.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF JOB – In this chapter-by-chapter study, the student will cover the life of Job, investigate his friends and see the importance of God’s “questions” towards the end of the Book. Other topics such as the Constellations, Dinosaurs and the Patience of Job will also be covered.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF PSALMS – In this chapter-by-chapter study, the student will learn the importance of the “five Hebrew hymnbooks.” Various categories of the Psalms will be analyzed. Also the student will learn of the interesting “re-discovered” songs of the Psalms.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF PROVERBS / ECCLESIASTES – In this chapter-by-chapter study of Proverbs the Student learns the highlights of wisdom from the inspired pen of King Solomon. Then in a verse-by-verse study of Ecclesiastesm we learn from an elderly King Solomon all the pitfalls to avoid in life.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF THE SONG OF SOLOMON – This verse-by-verse study of the Song of Solomon examines the Biblical doctrine of Right-Man and Right-Woman. This study turns most of the standard interpretations of the Song of Solomon “upside down” and show the truths contained therein for young couples, those courting or dating. Recommended for Youth Pastors and Pastors who counsel couples.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF ISAIAH – This chapter-by-course presents the student with an in-depth analysis of the prophecies of Isaiah. Special attention to the historical set­ting, the prophecies of the immediate and extended future of the covenant people; the Christological content of the Messianic prophecies; and the ethical content of the book.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF JEREMIAH / LAMENTATIONS – In this course, the student will examine the Book of Jeremiah chapter-by-chapter and Lamentations, verse-by-verse. Within this study the student will examine the life of the weeping prophet and analyze his prophecies and the book of Lamentations.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF EZEKIEL – In this course the student will learn the Book of Ezekiel chapter-by-chapter. An analysis and overview of each of Ezekiel’s prophecies will be learned.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF DANIEL – This will mainly be a chapter-by-chapter course of study about this most interesting Old Testament book. There is too little room to ennumerate all that the student will learn by taking this in-depth course.

INVESTIGATING THE MINOR PROPHETS – In this interesting course, the student will analyze the oracles and message of each of the twelve Minor Prophets. The student will explore the function of the prophets and the special hermeneutics of prophetic literature. Attention is given to the literary argument and theological content of the text so that these books may be reclaimed for practical use and teaching in the church.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF MATTHEW / MARK – In this course, the student will learn chapter-by-chapter the observations, lessons and teachings of the Gospels of Matthew and Mark.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF LUKE & ACTS – In this course both Luke and Acts will be analyzed in sequence as they do go together. Emphasis is also placed upon the historicity of these books and an analysis of an interpretation in regards to the Roman legal system.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF JOHN – The student will study the fourth gospel chapter-by-chapter in light of its historical context, stated purpose, and development of theme in order to discover its testimony to the deity and saving work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF ROMANS – In this important book, the student will learn the theological importance of this book in this chapter-by-chapter study.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF I & II CORINTHIANS – In this course In this expository study of 1 and 2 Corinthians, attention is given to the background, church problems, doctrine, and practical applications of these books. 

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF GALATIANS / EPHESIANS – In this course the student will learn verse-by-verse the matters relating to the churches in Galatia and Ephesus as addressed by the Apostle Paul. Also covered in detail is the Doctrine of Sowing and Reaping and the Christian’s Armour.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF PHILIPPIANS / COLOSSIANS – In this verse-by-verse study of Philippians, the student will learn the about the life of the Apostle Paul and the importance of Godly power. The student will also learn the Book of Colossians verse-by-verse. Within that study, the student will cover in great detail the preeminence of Jesus Christ., evidences of Salvation, and the Mysteries of the New Testament.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF I & II THESSALONIANS – This verse-by-verse course will overview the Apostle Paul’s attempt to “straighten out” the church at Thessalonica. The student will learn about the Rapture, the Anti-Christ and other topics related to Eschatology.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF I & II TIMOTHY – In this course, the student will learn verse-by-verse about the background, authorship, and meaning of I and II Timothy.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF TITUS & PHILEMON – In this course, the student will learn verse-by-verse about the background, authorship, and meaning of Titus and Philemon.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF HEBREWS – In this verse-by-verse study of the book of Hebrews, the student will learn the “struggle” over authorship and will see throughout Hebrews how the writer emphasizes the preeminence of the Lord Jesus Christ in His deity and high priestly ministry as a fulfillment of Old Testament theology. This course answers some interesting questions in regards to Eternal Security, Jewish Salvation in the First Century and of course – the Doctrine of Faith.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF JAMES – The Book of James has been dubbed “the Proverbs of the New Testament” and in this verse-by-verse study, the student will learn how faith and works harmonize and gain an overview of the practical lessons of this powerful – yet small book.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF I & II PETER – In this course, as the student studies the Books of I and II Peter verse by verse an overview of the life of Peter, his failures, spiritual growth and his ministry will also be given.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOKS OF I, II & III JOHN – In this verse-by-verse study of these three books by the Apostle John, the student will learn about such topics as Christian Fellowship, Obedience, Love, Confession of Sin and the importance of Christian love.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF JUDE – A verse-by-verse in depth study of the Book that J. Vernon McGee called “the vestibule of Revelation.” Special emphasis will be placed upon the exposure of False Teachers.

INVESTIGATING THE BOOK OF REVELATION – A chapter by chapter study of the book of Revelation is an unveiling of the character and program of God. The student will study prophetic events; the Christ of Revelation; the letters to the seven churches; the Rapture, the Judgments; and other end time events as we go through this book.
